Great tip, thanks! I just purchased the 16 quart for myself and the 3 quart for my mom. I've been needing a large pot for the 50 pounds of apples I picked last weekend.

Elise, thanks so much for posting this! I do large-scale cooking at a place some distance from here, and have been schlepping my Caphalon stock pot with me every time. This pot sounds like it will be a perfect substitute for it, sans the big price! Many thanks!
